Light or Gourmet menus (simpler first courses and more structured second courses) are designed to help you discover the nuances of fruitiness, bitterness, and spiciness together.
- EVO Oil Masterclass or Cooking Class. You can choose your activity to learn more about extraction techniques, olive varieties, and the secrets of quality extra virgin olive oil, or you can get your hands dirty for a taste experience.
- Purchase and personalized advice – choose your favorite oil and receive suggestions on its uses and pairings in the kitchen. In addition to oil, our shelves are filled with small traditional treasures: truffles, specialties preserved in oil, select wines, and even an entire line of extra virgin olive oil-based cosmetics, so you can bring home not only authentic flavors but also wellness and natural care.
