Do you want to take home a delicious memory? Near the oleoteca restaurant you will find our store where you can buy the typical products of our oil mill.
From the strong personality of Diamante DOP, prince of the table and raw condiment par excellence, to the delicacy of the Precious Selection, which combines the flavors in cooking, enhancing them and giving a pleasant sensory amalgam during the tasting phase. And for the more curious there is the Monocultivar, which is never the same: fresh and fruity that of Nocellara, drier and more vibrant than that of Moraiolo.
Accompany your dishes with our whole Taggiasca olives or in the form of pâté, tasty on bread or as a condiment for first and second courses.
The typical products of Orvieto also include roasted truffles and artichokes, pickles (including the Roasted Mixed Antipasto and Marinated Garlic) and dried legumes.
And what about a good Umbrian wine? In our store you will find a wide selection of DOP wines from the Orvieto area.
